Preconception
As women it is our biological purpose to reproduce. As Christian's we are called to "be fruitful and multiply." The time period between deciding that it's time to start growing your family and actually conceiving is crucial for both your and your baby's health long term. Ideally before you even decide or feel ready to grow your family steps should be taken to prepare the body for conception.
Whether you are actively trying, thinking about trying in a few years, or are simply a mensurating woman who desires a more regular cycle, you fall into the preconception window.

If this is you and your answer is "yes" to one or more of the following questions, then working together may be fruitful for your fertility
- Do you have irregular or painful periods?
- Do you have signs of excessive estrogen like sore breasts or PMS?
- Do you have acne or facial hair?
- Do you have low libido or no sex drive?
- Have you been trying to get pregnant for more than 6 months?
- Have you experienced a miscarriage/miscarriages?
- Have you been on birth control in the last year?
Unfortunately, there is a rising rate of infertility in America. Current statistics state that 1 in 5 women have trouble conceiving after trying for a year or more. This struggle that so many women are facing can be stressful, heartbreaking and life changing to say the least. The modern mainstream approach is quick to jump to invasive, immoral, expensive, and often ineffective procedures rather than educating women on the many natural and time-tested ways to improve fertility.
The good news is there is a holistic approach to better cycles, sex drive and overall fertility backed by research and rooted in traditional wisdom that can help you avoid these common challenges that many women face.
The work I do with women during this time looks like:
- Cycle tracking
- Optimizing diet and lifestyle for fertility
- Strategies to mitigate stress
There are many factors that impact our fertility, either positively or negatively and my job is to help you identify the areas of your life that may be negatively impacting fertility and make changes resulting in better/regular cycles, optimal fertility and ultimately pregnancy.
