As a certified Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Holistic Health Practitioner I work with women in all stages of maternity- preconception, pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum, and beyond. The women I work with are typically between the ages of 20 and 40 and are looking for a more holistic approach rooted in their Christian faith. They are typically aware of the downsides of the mainstream birth industry whether that be a misalignment of religious belief and/or disagreement with the over-medicalization of motherhood and desire care and support they feel good about. My aim is to empower, educate, and inform women about all their choices so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their growing families. This is accomplished through coaching, classes, and resources utilizing a combination of time-tested, traditional wisdom as well as the latest evidence-based research and information.
